Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • Round steak, cut into strips
  • 1-2 onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 sm can tomato paste
  • 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 sm sour cream
  • Noodles or rice

Preparation

Step 1

Brown strips of round steak in butter with 1 or more sliced onions. Cover and simmer for 2 hrs. with just enough water to keep moist.
Add tomato paste and cream of mushroom soup. Remove from heat and add sour cream.

Serve over rice or noodles.
