Apple Dabble Cake

Ingredients

• Frosting:
• 3 - eggs
• 2-cups sugar
• 1-cup oil
• 2-cups flour
• 1-tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2-tsp. baking soda
• 3-cups chopped apples (granny smith are best)
• 1-cup chopped nuts
• 2-tsp vanilla
• 1-cup brown sugar
• 1/4-cup milk
• 1/2 - bag coconut
• 1-stick butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together eggs, sugar,and oil.
Sift together flour, cinnamon, baking soda. Add to creamed mixture.
Add apples, nuts, and vanilla.
Pour into a greased tube pan and bake at 325 degrees for one hour and fifteen minutes.
Cool in pan 10-15 minutes

Frosting: combine all ingredients and boil for 2-1/2- minutes, remove from heat. And pour over cake.
