Bucket List Sandwich Filling

Haven't made this yet, but it intrigues me. And my husband, being a fisherman, is always looking for a good sandwich to take in the boat!

Ingredients

• 2 egg yokes
• 3 Tbsp vinegar
• 3 Tbsp sugar
• pinch salt
• 1 green pepper, ground
• 1 small onion, ground
• 1 pimento, ground
• 6 oz cream cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook egg yokes, vinegar, sugar and salt until thick. Add green pepper, onion and pimento. Add cream cheese while mixture is still hot.
