Ingredients

  • Pastry:
  • 2 tubes of crescent rolls
  • 1 egg white
  • Filling:
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 c seedless raspberry jam
  • Glaze:
  • 1/2 c p sugar
  • 1-2 T fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350
Spray 9x13 glass
beat all the filling ingredients together except jam
Pat crescent roll into bottom pan sealing perferations
Spread cheese filling on top of crust
Dot with jam and spread
place s 2nd cn of rolls over jam
Brush top with egg white'
Bake30-35 minutes Remove and cool
Glaze by drizzling over top
