Asparagus and Noodles

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces (4 cups) uncooked wide egg noodles
  • 2 cups cut up fresh asparagus, 1 inch pieces
  • 1/3 cup butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cook noodles to desired doneness as directed. Drain. Return noodles to sauce pan. Keep warm. Meanwhile cook asparagus in boil water for 3 to 5 minutes until crisp and tender. Drain. add noodles and keep warm.
In small saucepan over low heat , heat butter until light golden brown, stir constantly. Pour butter over noodle and asparagus. Toss to coat.
