Ingredients

  • Sweet potato, cinnamon, sugar and cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

Cut sweet potatoes into one-inch cubes, toss with cinnamon and sugar and coat with vegetable cooking spray. Roast in the oven for 30 mins at 350.

Steam carrots with carrot juice and orange zest.

Steam zucchini with grated parmesan and olive oil.

Toss peas and corn with lightly buttered orzo.

Quarter brussels sprouts, steam and toss with lemon juice and a little butter.

Warm garlic-flavored olive oil, then toss spinach in oil until wilted.

Steam broccoli florets, then toss with Asian ginger dressing and top with sesame seeds.
