  • 1/2 cup sliced banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup orange juise
  • 1 Tbsp sugar or honey
  • 1 tsp wheat germ

Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
