Tex-Mex Chicken - Slow Cooker Dump Dinner

Ingredients

  • 2.5 pound bag of frozen skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 packet ranch dressing seasoning mix
  • 14.5 oz. can fire-roasted diced tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in the crock pot.

Cook on LOW for 8 hours. (If the chicken is thawed, cook on LOW for 4 hours.)

Can be served as is or shredded with 2 forks.
Can be served by itself or with rice or potatoes.
