Ingredients
- 1 german chocolate cake mix
- 1 can eagle brand milk
- 1 bag kraft caramels
- 1 stick butter
- 1 (6oz) pkg chocolate chips
- 1 c. nuts chopped

Step 1
Mix cake as directed on box. In double boiler, melt the caramels, butter and milk till smooth. Meanwhile pour half the cake mix into a greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and pour caramel mixture over cake. Spoon remaining cake mix on top. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Do not overbake. Sides will be to hard.
