Veal Brisket

  • 3 lbs. veal
  • 1 package of onion soup mix
  • garlic salt
  • garlic
  • kosher salt
  • pepper
  • Italian salad dressing
  • white wine
  • chicken soup broth



Step 1

l. Rub veal with onion soup mix on both sides.

2. Season with garlic salt, garlic, kosher salt, pepper, on both sides.

3. Pour Italian Salad Dressing and Wine over the veal.

4. In pan put some chicken broth to cover pan.

5. Place onions, mushrooms, Brussels sprouts and potatoes if desired.
