Ingredients
- 1 bunch of wheat grass
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 8-10 mint leaves
- Water as required
Preparation
Step 1
1. Wash wheat grass & chopped roughly.
2. Wash mint leaves also, put it in a blander, add 1-2 tbsp of water & bland
it well.
3. Strain the juice with tea strainer.
4. Add lemon juice in it & mix well.
5. Home made healthy wheat grass juice is ready.
