Lemon Filled Angel Cake

Ingredients
- 1 box angel food cake mix
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 can lemon pie filling
- 1 Tbsp. confectioners sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1. Bake the angel food cake as directed on box in long loaf pan.
2. When cool, but cake in half.
3. Beat cream till it begins to thicken. Add confectioners sugar; beat till stiff peaks form. Place 1/2 of the pie filling in a bowl; fold in whipping cream.
4. Spread the remaining 1/2 pie filling on bottom layer of cake.
5. Replace top layer of cake and frost with whipping cream mixture.
