Stuffing topped chicken breasts in cream of __ soup

Ingredients

  • 1 Pkg stuffing mix for chicken
  • 1 1/2 # boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces (or left whole)
  • 1 Can condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1/3 C sour cream
  • 1 (16oz) bag frozen mixed veggies, thawed and drained (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400*. Prepare stuffing mix as directed and set aside
Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, and veggies in 9X13 baking pan, top with prepared stuffiing. Option: place breasts in pan and pour soup/veg mix over.

Bake 30min or until chicken is cooked thru.
