  • Directions:
  • 3/4 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup wine or tarragon vinegar
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 2 or 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3/4 teaspoon monosodium glutamate, if desired
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • ●Shake all ingredients in tightly covered container.
