Heath Bar Sundaes
- 2 heath bars, frozen
- 1/2 pint coffee ice cream
- 1 //2 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup (more or less) Kahlua Hazelnut liqueur
- small cookie or brownie for garnish
Transfer the heath bars to a small, sealable plastic bag and using a wooden spoon or meat pounder, crush candy into small pieces. Put a generous spoonful of the crushed candy in the base of each of 4 parfait glasses. Top with one small scoop of each coffee and vanilla ice cream. Add another spoonful of crushed candy and 1-2 more scoops of the ice creams (small ice cream scoops work best as large scoops of ice cream are difficult to layer in a parfait glass). Place glasses in the freezer until ready to serve. At serving time, pour Kalua over the prepared dessert and serve each with a small cookie or brownie.
