Lemon Soaking Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Wash and sanitize utensils and preparation area.
2. Assemble ingredients and equipment.
3. In a small saucepan, combine the water, lemon juice, and sugar.
4. Bring to a boil over med-high heat, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar, about 3 minutes.
5. Remove the pan from the heat and set aside until cooled to room temperature.
