Nor's Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

• 2 cups butter
• 3 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 5 1/2 cups flour
• 4 tsp cream of tartar
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• Sugar and Cinnamon for rolling

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix together butter, sugar, eggs.

2. Mix flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until all blended.

3. Form dough into a little ball and roll in mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees 8-10 min.

4. You can add a Hershey's Kiss candy to cookie immediately after taking out of the oven.
