Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. (675g.) sweet potatoes (about 3), cut into spears
- 1 1/2 lbs. (675g. ) baking potatoes (about 3), cut into spears
- 1/2 cup zesty Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375F. Toss potatoes with dressing.
Spread onto lightly greased baking sheet or onto bottom of 15x10x3/4" baking pan.
Bake 30 minutes. Turn potatoes. Bake and additional 30 minutes, topping with cheese after 25 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley
