Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 4 eggs
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 9 " graham cracker crust
- Confectioner's Sugar

Directions
Whisk sugar, light brown sugar, flour and salt in a bowl. Whisk room-temperature buttermilk, room-temperature eggs, cooled melted butter, the zest and juice of a lemon and vanilla in a separate bowl; whisk in the sugar mixture. Pour into a graham cracker crust and bake at 350 degrees F until golden and just set, about 45 minutes; let cool. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
