Ingredients
- 1 stick of Butter
- 2 cups Light Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Light Corn Syrup
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 tbsp. Baking Soda
- Popcorn
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Bring butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Add baking soda. Mixture will boil up. Cool for 30-40 seconds.
Have popcorn in a big pan. Pour mixture over popcorn and stir well. (Optional: add nuts)
Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool 15 minutes on cookie sheet.
Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
