Slow Cooker Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar pasta sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 3/4 cups ricotta
  • 1 3/4 cups shredded italiano
  • 1/4 cup parmesean
  • 1 egg
  • 6 lasagna noodles uncooked

Preparation

Step 1

1. Brown meat and stir in pasta sauce, water, ricotta, cheese & egg.
2. Spoon 1 cup meat sauce into slow cooker and top with noodles and egg mixture. Repeat and top with cheese.
3. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Sprinkle with cheese and let stand till melted.
