- 3 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter

Step 1
Blend egg yolks, lemon juice and salt in blender at liquify speed about 5 seconds.
Melt butter in a small saucepan until very hot and bubbly.
Remove blender lid insert, with blender running; pour in butter in a steady stream. Blend until thick about 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
