  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a small pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until sauce is thick enough to coat a spoon.
