Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1/8 cup red onion, sliced
- 6 cloves roasted garlic
- 1 ounce black olives
- 1/4 cup mixed seeds and nuts
- 1/8 cup lebanese couscous
- 1/4 ounce parmesan cheese, grated

Combine all, serve with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and parmesan cheese.
