  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1/8 cup red onion, sliced
  • 6 cloves roasted garlic
  • 1 ounce black olives
  • 1/4 cup mixed seeds and nuts
  • 1/8 cup lebanese couscous
  • 1/4 ounce parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all, serve with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and parmesan cheese.
