Ingredients
- 2 cups raw spinach
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 2 Sumo mandarine's
- Balsamic dressing: 1/2 cup chickpeas, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar blended.
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl combine spinach, strawberry slices and sliced mandarine's
After blending your dressing, pour over and toss together in a bowl.
