In a large bowl, beat heavy cream with a hand-held mixer on high speed until slightly thickened. Switch mixer to low speed and gradually add the dry Chai Latte mix until well incorporated. Next add the granulated sugar. Switch to high and beat until stiff. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes before using.
