Ingredients
- 8 fluid ounces cider vinegar
- 6 fluid ounces honey
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons celery leaves, minced
- 1 green onion, white only, minced
- 8 fluid ounces vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the vinegar, honey, salt, mustard, celery and green onion.
Beat in the oil, by droplets at first, then in a stream,
Add the poppy seeds and beat to distribute.
