Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise, light
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
In blender, process garlic and vinegar until well chopped. Add remaining ingredients and blend for 1 minute then pulse 2 or 3 times.
Store in refrigerator.
