Five Spice Jasmine Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Preparation

Step 1

Boil water, stir in rice, salt and five spice powder. Bring back to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes.

Add frozen peas and cook until done.
