Glazed Ham with Dijon Pineapple Sauce

Ingredients

  • 5 lb. precooked ham
  • 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. maple syrup
  • 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed or chunk pineapple in juice

Preparation

Step 1

Bake ham at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Meanwhile, combine sugar, syrup, mustard; use 3/4 cup glaze mixture to baste ham every 10 minutes for last 1/2 hour of baking.

In saucepan blend remaining glaze mixture, cornstarch, and pineapple with juice over medium heat. Cook and stir until boils and thickens. Slice and serve ham with sauce.
