Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2/3 cup chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon sambal oelek (or other hot chile sauce)

Heat a skilled over medium-high heat; coat with cooking spray. Add 1 tablespoon grated ginger; saute 1 minute, sturring constantly. Stir in 2/3 cup chicken broth, 3 tablespoons orange marmalade, and 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce; bring to a boil. Cook until mixture is slightly thick. Stir in 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice and 3/4 teaspoon sambal oelek.
