  • 1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons chives, finely chopped fresh

Preparation

Step 1

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add 1/3 cup finely chopped onion to the pan; saute 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in 1/2 cup chicken broth, 1/4 cup dry white wine, and 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar; bring to a boil. Cook until reduced to 1/4 cup (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat; stir in 2 tablespoons butter and 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh chives.
