Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 4-6 oz halibut fillets
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- pinch of salt
- lemon wedges

Step 1
Melt butter/margarine in large skillet over med-high heat. Stir in garlic.
Season both sides of halibut with lemon pepper and salt. Place halibut in skillet and cook for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part, or until fish flakes when tested with fork. Flip halfway through cooking time to brown both sides.
Sprinkle halibut with lemon juice before serving.
