Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 15-ounce cans chili beans with chili gravy
- 1 1/2 cups tomato juice
- 4 teaspoons chili powder
- Dairy sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a medium saucepan, cook ground beef until brown. Drain off fat. Stir chili beans, tomato juice, and chili powder into beef in pan. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Top individual servings with sour cream.
