Ingredients
- 3-4 large baking potatoes
- 3 1/2 cups milk divided
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2-3 green onions with tops
- 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese grated
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Toppings: crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, onions (amounts other than bacon listed above)

Preparation
Step 1
Cut potatoes in haf lengthwise and place cut side down in deep dish baker.
Pour half cup milk over potatoes
Microwave 11 minutes covered then move center potatoes to ends and ends to middle to cook better
Cover and cook 10 minutes
Mash Potatoes with the mix n chop
Wisk cream cheese until smooth, slowly adding the remaining 3 cups of milk
Add cream cheese/milk to deep baker
Microwave 3-5 more minutes
Put shredded and cheese, onions, and bacon in small bowls to add to the soiup if want
