Ingredients

  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1-1/2 cups long grained rice
  • 1 can beef consume
  • water
  • 1 medium onion chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Brown rice and butter in skillet, stirring frequently.
As rice begins to brown add onion.
Bring to a boil: Beef consume plus enough water to total 3 cups.
Put rice mixture and liquid mixture in casserole dish or pan and cook covered in 350 degree oven for about 40 to 45 minutes. Stir gently with fork 2 to 5 times during cooking peiod.
