Baker's Coconut Crust

Ingredients

• 2 T soft butter
• 1 package (1 1/2 cups) Baker's Coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Spread butter evenly in an 8 or 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle coconut into the pan and pat evenly into the butter. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes until crisp and golden brown.
