Ingredients
- 1 boneless rolled pork loin roast (2 1/2 to 3 pounds)
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 can (16 oz) whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1/4 c honey – less if want less sweet
- 1 t grated orange peel
- 1/8 t ground cloves
- 1/8 t ground nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
Cut roast in half and place in a slow cooker; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours (This was too long for the pork loins I used.) or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
