Ingredients
- 4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 12 oz. jar apricot preserves
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 8 oz Russian salad dressing
- 2 c cooked rice
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
2. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
3. Spread apricot preserves over chicken
4. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken
5. Pour salad dressing over chicken
6. Bake, uncovered, one hour
