White Chocolate Trifle with either Strawberry or Raspberry

Ingredients

• Trifle Ingredients:
• 2 -(21oz.) cans Pie Filling Strawberry or Raspberry
• 20-25 Cookies-Nilla Vanilla Wafers works good, can crush into small chunks or leave whole
• 1 batch white chocolate mouse (recipe below)
• 1-8oz. tub whipped topping
• Fresh fruit depending on your pie filling
• White Chocolate Mousse Ingredients:
• 1 Large tub whipped topping
• 1 8oz. cream cheese softened
• 1 6oz. block white chocolate melted

Preparation

Step 1

To make mousse
Beat cream cheese until fluffy, add melted chocolate and beat until smooth, fold in whipped topping.

Assemble trifle by layering
Cookies
white chocolate Mousse
can pie filling
fruit
REPEAT

Top with dollops of whipped cream

Refrigerate until ready to serve
