Cheesy Potatoes

  • 1 pkg of unthawed frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 oz sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • cornflakes

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat over to 350 degrees. Melt butter, cheese, cream of mushroom, and sour cream. Mix with hashbrowns. Put in a buttered dish and cover with cornflakes. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
