Ingredients
- 4 cans black beans, drained
- 4 oz. pkg. crumbled feta cheese
- 3/4 cup cilantro
- 1 cup chopped green onion
- 2 cups medium salsa (16 oz. jars each)
- 1 t. salt
- Juice from one lime
Preparation
Step 1
Puree beans in food processor. For a chunky dip, hand mix remaining ingredients. For a smoother texture, blend everything together. Refrigerate. Serve with Tostitos or Frito Scoops.
