Black Bean Feta Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 cans black beans, drained
  • 4 oz. pkg. crumbled feta cheese
  • 3/4 cup cilantro
  • 1 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 cups medium salsa (16 oz. jars each)
  • 1 t. salt
  • Juice from one lime

Preparation

Step 1

Puree beans in food processor. For a chunky dip, hand mix remaining ingredients. For a smoother texture, blend everything together. Refrigerate. Serve with Tostitos or Frito Scoops.
