Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, divided
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 13 oz. can artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup fancy shredded parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix
Preparation
Step 1
Melt 3 T. butter in large skillet. Add onion and garlic; saute. Add spinach and cook over medium heat stirring often for 3 minutes. Add artichokes and next 4 ingredients; stir until cheese melts. Spoon into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20 min. Stir gently. Combine remaining butter, pecans, stuffing mix and sprinkle over dip. Bake for 15 more minutes. Serve with cracker and chips.
