Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna in water, drained
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 small can mushrooms drained
  • 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 jar pepperocini peppers
  • 1 jar green olives w/pimentos
  • 1 jar cocktail onions
  • 1 jar gardenia vegetables
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • few drops wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • pinch italian seasoning
  • pinch parsley flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a large bowl, then seaon with a few drops of wine vinegar,chopped garlic, salt and pepper and a pinch of italian seasoning,parsley, a few drops of the onion and pepperocini juices.

Mix well. Cover and refrigerate. Stir everyday to rotate ingredients.

Can be made a week before needed.
