Oven Fries

Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes - cut in 16 wedges each
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • kosher salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place baking sheet in the oven while it preheats.

Toss the potatoes with the olive oil (to coat), salt & pepper. Spread the potatoes onto the baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 30 - 35 minutes, shaking pan every now and then, until potatoes are cooked through, brown & crispy.
