Ingredients
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup grapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole milk yogurt
- 3 cups flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg yolks and sugar together until pale and well incorporated.
Slowly add oil, then yogurt and vanilla extract. Sift in flour with baking soda and salt.
Whip egg whites to soft peak and fold into batter.
Pour into greased and floured 9x13 baking dish or loaf pan. Bake 350 degrees about 30 minutes depending on size pan.
