Cheesecake Mousse

Ingredients

  • 3 oz soft cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup whipped heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

With wire whisk, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Gently whisk in 1/2 whipped cream with spatula. Fold in remaining whipped cream.
Spoon into serving size bowls and refrigerate until firm.
