Ingredients
- 9 medium mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the broiler.
Wipe the mushrooms clean with a damp cloth. Pull the stems out of the mushroom caps. Place the caps upside down on a foil-lined cookie sheet.
Trim and dice the mushroom stems and stuff them back into the caps. Place a sliver of butter in each cap, and sprinkle Parmesan, salt and pepper over each.
Broil for approximately 3 minutes, or until mushrooms are light brown.
