- 4 tablespoons butter
- 9 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
- 6 ounces crab meat fresh or canned
- 1 package cream cheese - (8 oz) cut 1/2" cubes
- 1 tablespoon dill fresh or dried
Melt the butter in a 12- by 8-inch glass baking dish. In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in the crab meat and cream cheese. Pour over the melted butter and sprinkle dill over the top.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes, then lower the heat to 300 degrees and bake for 10 minutes or until firm in the center.
