Ingredients
- 2/3 C (160 ml) boiling water
- 1/3 C (80 ml) quick cooking oats
- 1/4 C (60 ml) low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 small banana, sliced
- 1/4 C (60 ml) blueberries
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) Epicure Summer Berry Dip Mix
- 1 tsp (5 ml) hemp seeds or chopped walnuts, optional

1. Combine boiling water and oats. Stir, then let sit, uncovered, for 1–2 minutes.
2. Top with yogurt, banana, and blueberries. Finish with Summer Berry Dip Mix and hemp seeds or walnuts, if you wish. This will get you through even the most challenging morning!
